I am currently looking to recruit a Senior Analyst for a well established Financial Company in South Bristol
The Successful candidate will manage the transfer of all monies both internally and externally to issuers, , participants and all other 3rd parties.
You will also be the important link between the Front Office (investing money and placing trades) and Operational functions (payment processing and reconciliation) of Cash Management.
You will also be responsible for confirming and recording trades performed by the Front Office, the timely completion of the reconciliation of bank accounts operated in relation to trades, analysis of activities undertaken by the business, managing risk and preparing appropriate reporting for those activities.
As a Senior Analyst you will play a major role in the prevention and detection of financial fraud and liability and also for ensuring adherence to FCA regulations.

Main Duties
" Ensure trade confirmations received from the bank match trades undertaken by the Front Office and the Dealing team.
" Monitor Front Office trades to ensure they are within group policy.
" Complete high volume of transactions, sometimes complex, ensuring all accounts are reconciled accurately and in a timely manner.
" Evaluate and resolve problems independently and escalate when required.
" Identify and implement efficiencies and process improvement within the department.
" Provide training and support to Analysts and provide feedback on performance.
" Respond to queries from the business by creating solutions or formulating recommendations.
" Ensure regulatory compliance by implementing and enforcing operations workflow and impact.
" Comply with operational risk and regulatory control policies and procedures, making sure all regulatory reporting is accurate and provided in a timely manner.
Skills Required

" Minimum of two years of relevant industry experience
" Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change
" Ability to prioritise and work well under deadline pressure
" Excellent written and interpersonal skills
" Analytical ability and aptitude for problem solving
" Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
" Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
" Proven ability to work in a team environment
Desirable Skills
" A level Mathematics or equivalent
" Experience of successfully working within a role which is highly numeric or technical
