Contracts Assistant



To provide assistance and guidance to customers and suppliers
Ensure collection of rebates promptly
Maintain the website, updating information
Provide first line customer support for the Services team
Ensure contract documentation is properly controlled, filed and archived
Attend supplier and customer meetings to support contracts managers
Take part in evaluation of tender bids as part of a team

Knowledge and Skills:
Good understanding of Microsoft Office, including Excel
Relationship building skills
Experience of working within a contracts or purchasing environment

CIPS qualified or working towards a CIPS qualification
Knowledge of website administration

Ability to work within strict deadlines
Excellent planning skills
Problem solving skills
Good attention to detail
Ability to communicate at all levels
Team player
