Chef De Partie


My client is a 5 red star, 4 rosette property situated in the Wiltshire countryside. Martin Burge, the Head Chef, has led the team since the hotel opened over 11 years ago. He is assisted by a Senior Sous, Junior Sous, brigade of 16 chefs and seeks a dedicated, talented individual who has experience of working in a one/two Michelin star/four or three rosette environment.

We seek a Chef de Partie.

We offer a good salary with service charge and accommodation. Other benefits are use of gym and spa and discount for use of hotel and facilities.

Applicants must be committed and dedicated to producing the finest cuisine as expected at 2 Michelin star level and a five star hotel.

At the present time we can only consider applicants holding EU passports.

A good level of English is also a requisite.
